Right behind the playground you can turn right. Follow the path through the fields until you reach a small village called "Tremmelshausener Höhe". There you can find one of the most authentic and traditional beer gardens in the surrounding area of Regensburg (excellent beer).

Before you follow the street down to the city centre at the end of the hike, you can cross the street and go straight to a church called "Dreifaltigkeitskirche". There you have the best view over Regensburg you can get. Not many tourists know this place. Approximately 10 minutes more to walk.
