Snowpark Alta Badia – A Park of Superlatives

Brrrr….slowly it´s getting freezing cold in South-Tyrol! When the giant shadows of the Dolomites are getting bigger and the first cold breeze is blowing through the Gadertal, our fingers begin to shake with anticipation. Cause that means: The preparations for the Snowpark Alta Badia starting right now! With pleasure we can announce a terrific Setup with impressive obstacle newcomers. In addition, A1 events are coming up: La Freestyla says hello and – get this – a pro coaching is on the list! To get in the mood we already serve you clips packed with action, which will make you looking forward to wintertime, too.

Nature is working in superlatives in northern Italy: countless mountains as far as the eye can see, plus gorgeous weather and plentiful powder turn the landscape into a paradise for skiers and snowboarders.

We're sure you've been on tenterhooks all summer long waiting for the first tasty details on the new park setup, so it's time to let you in on our plans! We're sure you know the park like the back of your hand, but we'll take a quick walk down memory lane and jog your memory for you! Whether it be your favorite mushroom jib or the beasty 12m kicker, we've always had something for everyone at Alta Badia. This year, we're going to bigger and better heights with some brand spanking new obstacles! The Advanced Area will get an 8m Flat Rail. We´ll equip the Medium Area with two new tubes, one functioning as a coping and one flat tube, each 5 meters long. As you can see, we can work in superlatives as well: In total we´ll provide you with 41 obstacles! It doesn´t matter if you´re advanced or beginner, everyone will have a blast! But we not only present you an awesome setup. There will be a bunch of events you shouldn´t miss! With La Freestyla, the QParks Tour is coming back to Alta Badia on March 22nd, 2014, and will provide us with lots of action. Attention, freeskiers: you can look forward to a VIP- pro coaching. We wont tell you when this is going to take place and who´ll be your coach yet. But you can be sure that we´ll have a coach, who´s worth dying for!

Last but not least, you get the chance to take part in a public fotoshoot and some pics of your greatest tricks and jumps! A framed action shot in front of the Dolomites massif sounds pretty decent, doesn´t it?
